With the season here already, I’ve been spending the last few weeks in Surprise, Arizona with the players, coaches and my good buddy and Omaha Royals broadcaster Mark Nasser!! The weather was great! Nice and warm just like every Blue Lion loves.

I came back early this week to join the over 2,000 people who came out to the stadium for 2009 Family Fest! I had a great time seeing everyone! Thanks for coming to see me and kick off the season right!

The season officially started for the Omaha Royals last night in Albuquerque, New Mexico against the Isotopes!! I can’t wait for the Royals to come home to Omaha so I can see all your smiling faces and some great baseball action!
